Lemon Amish Bread

1 c. Amish Bread Starter
1 c. oil
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. lemon zest
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
2 small boxes instant lemon pudding

In a large bowl, combine the starter, oil, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, eggs and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pudding mix. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix well. Pour into two well greased and sugared bread pans. Sprinkle sugar on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
