Butternut Squash Amish Bread

1 c. Amish Bread Starter
1 c. oil
1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. mashed butternut squash
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. sugar

In a large bowl, combine the starter, oil, milk, eggs, vanilla extract and butternut squash. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pudding mix. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix well. Pour well greased bread pans. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and 2 Tbsp. sugar. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
